Quick answer
How do I contact LLMwithCrypto?
Email [email protected] for help with the LLMwithCrypto API, a payment or your account, and [email protected] to report misuse. A person replies within 12 hours, seven days a week. As of 23 October 2026 there is no phone line and no live chat. Never put an API key in an email: support does not need it, and nobody from our team will ask for one.
What should a support email contain?
Enough to find the call or the payment without a back-and-forth:
- For an API problem: the time in UTC, the model id, the HTTP status code, the error message and the request id if your client logs it. A short code sample helps.
- For a payment: the coin, the network, the amount sent and the transaction ID.
- For a refund: the date of the credit pack and what went wrong; the refund policy explains the rules.
Do not include your account number or a key. If support needs to tie the message to an account, it will ask you to sign in and open a ticket from the dashboard.
What can support help with?
- Pointing an SDK, LangChain or an agent at the API, and choosing between models.
- Raising a rate limit. Every account has a per-minute request and token limit, shown in the dashboard; ask support and it can be raised.
- Payments that arrived with the wrong amount or late.
- Refund requests under the refund policy.
- Questions about what the acceptable use policy allows.
Support cannot add closed models such as GPT or Claude, or share the content of prompts: we do not keep it.
How do I report misuse?
Write to [email protected] with what happened, the time in UTC and any evidence you can share. Every abuse report is read by a person; accounts that misuse the service are suspended.
What counts as misuse is listed in the acceptable use policy: Child sexual abuse material, malware and attacks on systems, weapons capable of mass casualties, spam and fraud, harassment and threats, deceiving people that they talk to a human, and anything a model’s own licence or use policy forbids or that is illegal where you or we operate.
How do I raise a payment problem?
Write to [email protected] with the transaction ID, the coin and the network. A payment that arrives late still counts, at the rate of the moment it arrives. Funds sent on a network or in a coin that the payment page did not show may not be recoverable, so write before sending anything else. The crypto payments page covers the common cases.
Is there live chat or a phone number?
No. Email keeps a written record of each request, which matters when a payment or a refund is involved, and lets the person answering test your call before replying. A person answers support emails within 12 hours, seven days a week, and helps you point your SDK or agent at the API.
