Quick answer
Can I get a refund on LLMwithCrypto API credit?
Yes, in two cases. A LLMwithCrypto credit pack bought in the last 72 hours goes back to your balance if less than 20% of it was spent. If the API does not work for you and support cannot fix it within 24 hours, the unspent credit goes back. Top-ups stay on the balance, except the part added only to reach the $25 minimum, returnable in USDT or USDC.
What is the full rule?
A credit pack bought in the last 72 hours goes back to your balance if less than 20% of it was spent. If the API does not work for you and support cannot fix it within 24 hours, the unspent credit goes back to your balance. Top-ups stay on the balance and are not paid out unless the law requires it; whatever you added only to reach the minimum top-up comes back on request within 30 days, in USDT or USDC, as long as it is unspent.
A person handles each request; once approved, the amount appears on your balance. A request that ends in a server error never needs a refund, because it is not charged in the first place.
Case 1: the pack was bigger than you needed
You buy $250 of API credit for $250 and spend $20 of it testing models the same day. Then you realise $50 of API credit would last you a month. You write to support: 8% of the pack is spent, under 20%, and less than 72 hours have passed. The pack returns to your balance, and you buy the smaller one from it.
Case 2: the API never worked for you
You buy $50 of API credit and every request fails because of a problem on our side that support cannot solve within 24 hours. The unspent credit returns to your balance. Failed requests were never charged, so in this case that is the whole pack.
Case 3: the minimum top-up was more than you needed
You have $15 of credit left and want $25 of API credit at $25. You need $10 more, but a top-up is at least $25, so $15 more than needed lands on your balance.
If that extra stays unspent, ask for it within 30 days of the payment and it goes back to you in USDT or USDC. No other part of a top-up is paid out, unless a law requires it.
What about the 14-day withdrawal right in the EU and the UK?
It applies to consumers there, as the terms explain: within 14 days of buying a pack, the unspent part can come back, and what was already used is due. It adds to the rules above and never reduces them.
How do I ask?
From the support form in the dashboard, or by email to [email protected], with the order ID from your order history. Nobody from our team will ever ask for your account number or your API keys, by email or in a chat.
Support answers within 12 hours. Say which case applies and, if the API failed, paste one failing response with its status code: it speeds up the review.
Why does a refund land on the balance rather than in my wallet?
Crypto transfers have no chargeback, and each new one costs a network fee. Credit on the balance is free to move and spendable on any model the same minute.
Coins leave our address in one case only, the minimum top-up difference of case 3, and wherever a law makes a payout compulsory.
